Habitrol BULK Patches Step 3 - 7 mg 28's
Habitrol Patches are an effective way to quit smoking cigarettes, as they reduce and help control withdrawal symptoms. Each patch lasts 24 hours and Habitrol’s 3 Step programme – Step 1 (21mg), Step 2 (14mg) and Step 3 (7mg) – should leave you smoke free in around 3 months (based on the average smoker).
After smoking regularly, your body becomes accustomed to receiving frequent doses of nicotine. Using Habitrol Patches over a period of time will lessen withdrawal symptoms by providing your body with the nicotine it’s used to, but in reduced amounts. Over time this will result in your body no longer needing an intake of nicotine and the cigarette cravings will no longer exist.
By gradually releasing nicotine into your body through the skin and into the bloodstream during the day, Habitrol Patches help relieve the 7 symptoms of withdrawal: anxiety, cravings, increased appetite, irritability, low mood, poor concentration, restlessness.
