How to Use

Using Nicorette QuickMist is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Prime & Spray: Push the black button until it locks, then slide upwards to activate. Prime by spraying into a tissue until mist appears. Spray under your tongue or on your cheek, avoiding lips.
2. Absorb: Wait a few seconds before swallowing. Nicotine absorbs rapidly through your mouth's lining, easing cravings without the buzz of smoking.
3. Close & Control: Slide the button down to lock after use. If needed, use a second spray. Reduce usage over time as cravings lessen.
